i'm heather holmes. >> and i'm ken wayne. we begin with developing news out of the north bay tonight, where a small plane went down this afternoon. it happened near noss field in movado around 4:00 p.m. the plane landed upside down in marshland. allie rasmus is live at the scene with more. >> reporter: fortunately, the pilot was not seriously hurt. he walked away from the crash with just a cut on his arm. now, this is gnoss field airport in marijn county. according to the airport manager here, the person involved in that crash was a student pilot based out of this airport. he was doing a practice flight and coming in for a landing around 3:45 this afternoon. the manager says he was flying an rv 7 a described as an experimental plane, that the pilot assembled himself. the pilot reported having engine trouble. as he was coming in for landing, he skidded off the runway, ending up in the grassy marsh next to the runway. the pilot ended up flipping the plane when he crash landed. firefighters snapped this photo of the plane upside
